The Kaizen December Challenge / Session 1

It’s time to bring the community together for a last 2025 push.

Introducing The Inaugural Kaizen December Challenge.

3 separate training sessions to complete in December: all technically easy to execute and shouldn’t take longer than 30 minutes per session. All sessions will have a varied stimulus. We will aim to share a new workout at the start of every week over the month.

Anyone can enter.

You can re-attempt the workout as many times as you like.

We are relying on honesty when logging your scores! Feel free to send us a screenshot of your time on smart watch or stop watch, but this isn’t essential.

Head over to our community portal to log your scores for every workout, and we will update the leader boards via our blog weekly

SESSION 1 - ROW / BURPEE

  • 2KM Row

  • 15 burpees to be completed every 500M during the row - 60 burpees in total.

    Start the burpees after you have rowed the first 500M

    The workout finishes once you have completed the final 15 burpees after the 2KM row is complete.

    Estimated session time - 10 - 20 minutes
