Your Camp Kaizen

Everyone’s Camp Kaizen experience is personal and unique.

Having experienced many versions of Kaizen camps over the past 5 years in the form of weekend-long training camps in different rural locations, each has given me something slightly different.

I’m currently reading “$100M Offers” by Alex Hormozi, and it got me thinking about pinpointing the area of value which our product offers, or the “problem” which we’re solving for our camp attendees, so to speak.

Camp Kaizen isn’t so straightforward. It isn’t so much about solving a “problem”, but more so about providing an experience to benefit and enhance the lives of all attendees. There are numerous roads we can go down to get to this destination. Below, I will list a few which I believe to be especially significant:

Fitness

At its core, Camp Kaizen exists as a multi-day hybrid fitness camp, designed to push attendees in multiple different physical disciplines. All technically simple (run, hike, cold, HIIT) to execute, but physically demanding, nonetheless, especially when compounded over multiple days.

Therefore, whether you are training for an event, such as a Hyrox, a marathon, ironman, or 3-peaks challenge, or are simply seeking to push yourself further, Camp Kaizen can be used as a training camp to lock in and come out physically sharper than you arrived.

Put simply, you will be fitter when you left than when you arrived.

New connections

When we brought over 30 people to the Lake District in summer 2025 for our largest camps to date, the main surprise I encountered was the strength of the personal bonds and the speeds with which these were formed within a group of people who previously didn’t know each other.

The depth of connection forged between people who have been through 3 days of physically demanding training together is incomparable to any other team experience within the same time frame.

I know first hand that the Camp Kaizen 2025 cohort still stay in touch and meet regularly in their respective metropolitan communities.

The camp sizes for 2026 are 20 people. If you want to make new meaningful connections with likeminded people, then Camp Kaizen is guaranteed to deliver this result for you.

Or to look at it another way, if you wanted to plan an organized training weekend in a UK national park and bring a totally new group of fitness enthusiasts together under one camp setting, where would you start?

Camp Kaizen takes care of this.

A physical and mental escape

As a corporate professional of 5 years who has always stayed on top of my fitness amidst the chaos of city life, the escape element has always been the main pull of the Camp Kaizen experience.

The opportunity to literally escape to a corner of the UK where no one cares about how much money is in your bank account, or last weeks’ KPIs, is liberating.

Once you’re up there in the Lake District, you are sheltered by the mountains and fully immersed in the landscape and the training. Whilst on camp, your day job won’t cross your mind, once.

As a collective, you are surrendering yourself to the rugged beauty of the landscape and the intense training schedule. It’s a welcome change and this element alone can be very transformative.

Overall, it’s an amazingly refreshing reset. You will return to everyday life feeling like new person, and with a new perspective on what matters.

Self-confidence

Self-confidence comes in many forms.

Physically, one thing is for sure. In this supportive group training environment, you will be able to push further than you would if you were training alone in your regular routine. You will therefore be able to reach new heights with your training, which will elevate what you’re physical capable of when you return home. In other words, the experience will give you the physical confidence to strive for new heights and reach new goals.

Speaking from experience, the social scene in London is interesting. In certain places and certain social circles, if you aren’t wearing a Rolex or buying the most expensive bottle of red, you can struggle to fit with the crowd.

Camp Kaizen is the great leveller. On camp, you are judged amongst your peers by your kindness, actions, and your buy in. You will be surprised how, over the space of 3 days, based on a more traditional value-set, your self-confidence grows.

This is another tool in the toolkit that you can pack up and take home with you.

“Hard” doesn’t feel so hard – recalibrate your mind

Once you’ve braved the cold lake 3 mornings in a row, picking up the phone to that client on a Monday morning feels a lot easier.

After scaling over 2000ft of elevation over the course of the weekend, turning up to your Wednesday morning HIIT class becomes less of a chore.

After completing multiple sessions in the same day whilst on camp, getting yourself to your Saturday morning park run becomes a no brainer.

Your Camp Kaizen experience will recalibrate your mind. You will be more resilient, motivated, and an overall elevated version of yourself when you return home.

So, what is the “problem” or “pain point” that Camp Kaizen exists to solve?

We’re not seeking to solve problems; we want to make you better and enhance your life.

Where will you uncover the biggest gains from your Camp Kaizen experience?

See you on a camp in 2026 to find out.

GC.
