Not just a run club.
Kaizen Saturdays is a rotating series of community-led training sessions built around the Kaizen mindset.
Some Saturdays we run. Some Saturdays we lift, race, recover, or reset.
The constant is intention, quality coaching, shared effort and community.
Social runs - varying distances
HIIT / Hyrox-style conditioning
Strength and engine work
Mobility, stretching, and recovery sessions
Occasional social / education-led meetups
Brand partnership and collaboration events

Time - Meet at 9.15AM- run starts at 9.30AM.
Bag drop available at venue.
Pace - 6:00Min/KM (lead and tail pacers).
Coffee and social after in the Walnut Tree Cafe.
