The Kaizen Winter Challenge - Session 2 - 5KM Run

It’s time to bring the community together for some winter fun.

Introducing The Inaugural Kaizen Winter Challenge.

3 separate training sessions to complete: all technically easy to execute and shouldn’t take longer than 30 minutes per session. All sessions will have a varied stimulus. We will aim to share a new workout at the start of every week over the month.

Anyone can enter.

You can re-attempt the workout as many times as you like.

We are relying on honesty when logging your scores! Feel free to send us a screenshot of your time on smart watch or stop watch, but this isn’t essential.

Head over to our community portal to log your scores for every workout, and we will update the leader boards via our blog weekly
