A FULLY PROGRAMMED, high-performance experience for TOP-LEVEL ATHLETES & THOSE ASPIRING TO BE.

❋ 4+ training sessions per dayA true hybrid programme, consisting of trail & road runs, hikes, Hyrox-style HIIT workouts, strength, breathwork, and hot/cold contrast therapy.

Day One Arrive, MOVE & breath
We always kick off our camps with a team high intensity training session at our local affiliate gym. This is technically low barriers to entry, but will leave you feeling like you’ve had a great workout.
