Immerse yourself in the beauty of the landscape in our spacious 4 meter bell tents and permanent, raised beds.

At Camp Kaizen, you have 24/7 access to our on-camp communal and recovery area, and our custom built gym.
This is a supportive, and bespoke training environment — our camp is built to challenge, reset, and connect.

Day One - Thursday
Arrive, Connect & Settle In
We always kick off our camps with a team high intensity training session at our local affiliate gym. The session is technically low barriers to entry, but will leave you feeling like you’ve had a great workout.
Travel via car or train / Kaizen shuttle bus from Oxenholme Station

Day Two - Friday
Friday is all about putting in the work alongside your team, and connecting with the landscape around you.

Day Three - Saturday
Train & Detach
On Saturday, we traditionally introduce the hot and cold contract therapy into the schedule with private sauna access. By this stage, you should feel total detachment from the pace of life back home. You will be fully immersed in your training, the landscape, and life on camp.
