❋ 24/7 Recovery & Gym AccessOur training camp facility contains a 10 meter gym and a 12 meter communal and recovery area, housed with all the tools you need to prepare for your next session.
All of our sessions are programmed with an outcome in mind. Whether it’s a zone 2 hike, a cold water immersion session for recovery, or an off feet conditioning session at our camp gym, you will always be training with intent and purpose.

Day One - Thursday Arrival
We always kick off our camps with a team high intensity training session at our local affiliate gym. This is technically low barriers to entry, but will leave you feeling like you’ve had a great workout. Following this we head to the camp.

Day Two - Friday Friday is all about putting in the work alongside your team, and connecting with the landscape around you.

Day Three - Saturday On Saturday, we introduce the hot and cold contrast therapy into the schedule with private sauna access. By this stage, you should feel total detachment from the pace of life back home. You will be fully immersed in your training, and life on camp.
